The Apple Model for Libraries: Exploration, Analysis, and Adaption

We'd like to foster a discussion of the Information Activist Librarian's Apple Way Manifesto. In particular we'd like to explore practical applications in creating spaces, customer service, and having a unified message. We'd also like to explore ways we can apply this to Library technologies such as website catalog integration.
