What should libraries NOT be doing?

I mentioned this in a comment in the Apple-related topic but I think it can be a stand alone session. Are libraries pursuing too many priorities? Which ones should we cut? How do we make these decisions? Idea inspired by http://blogs.hbr.org/cs/2012/04/the_one_thing_ceos_need_to_lea.html.
